Christie Fourie obtained the degrees BA.Law, LLB from the University of Stellenbosch. After completing his articles at J.D. Crawford Attorneys in Beaufort-West, he started working at the Road Accident Fund as a claims handler in 1996. Christie is the director of Christie Fourie Incorporated, and apart from being the drive behind the third-party practice, he also focuses on the drafting of wills and antenuptial contracts. He also has an oversight function as far as all activities of the company are concerned.

After completion of her B.Proc-degree, Amanda Venter worked at Kwanobuhle Town Council, the Road Accident Fund and Santam Ltd, respectively. She then completed her articles of clerkship and started her career as an attorney at Christie Fourie Incorporated. Amanda attends inter alia to the following matters: general litigation, insurance claims, deceased estates, vetting of contracts, divorces, transfer of properties and medical negligence.

Gretchen Müller completed her LLB-degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2022 whilst working part-time as a filing clerk at the company. She pursued her article clerkship journey in 2023 at Christie Fourie Incorporated. She is interested in the fields of general litigation, Road Accident Fund third-party claims and family law. Gretchen enjoys interacting with clients and ensuring that their needs are taken care of.

Rozell van Willing has 25 years of experience as a High Court litigation secretary which includes the fields of family law, insolvency law, deceased estates, and foreclosures. She has been Mr. Christie Fourie's secretary for 7 years and under his guidance,  she has attained expert knowledge in litigating Road Accident Fund claims.

Trina Venter assists with the third-party claims against the Road Accident Fund. She has almost 20 years of experience in handling and assessing claims with the Road Accident Fund. She has previously been employed with the Road Accident Fund, but for the past 5 years she has been serving the clients of Christie Fourie Incorporated.

Magda Fourie has been the secretary to Mrs. Amanda Venter for almost 3 years, but has more than 20 years of experience as a deeds secretary/typist. She is responsible for the drafting and registration of general transfers, sectional titles and estate transfers. Magda also assists with estates and litigation.
